Austin Texas was the host city for this year's American Cheese Society's 26th Annual conference and competition.
The yearly event is an opportunity for Classic Provisions to attend educational seminars, network with cheese professionals from all corners of North America and sample the cheeses submitted to the competition. Attendees basically eat, sleep and breathe cheese for the five days of the conference.
