- What are your hours of operation?
- We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Classic Provisions is not open on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Do you sell to the public?
- Classic Provisions does not sell our products to the public on a retail basis. Prior to any sale, wholesale customers must set up an account with proper documentation, including state and federal tax ID’s.
- What are the parameters for delivery?
- Classic Provisions offers complimentary delivery in the Twin Cities, Monday through Friday with a $200 minimum purchase. Orders must be placed by 4 p.m. for next day delivery. Classic does provide delivery to some out-of-metro delivery zones. Order minimums and delivery schedules differ, depending on the distance. Orders in greater Minnesota and outstate may use a variety of delivery services. Spee-Dee, UPS, Fed Ex and couriers are available. Please contact us directly to arrange the most efficient or cost effective method for your shipment.
- Will out-of-stocks automatically be shipped?
- No. Classic Provisions does not guarantee in stocks. If an order is “short shipped”, the customer will be responsible to re-order it.
- How do I obtain pricing?
- Please contact our office directly for pricing on specific items. Customers may request a catalog.
- How do I introduce my product to Classic Provisions?
- Our buyers are always looking for new specialty food products, especially locally produced. We’re proud to represent over 40 producers from the tri-state area. Please contact our office if you’d like to introduce your product.
- Does Classic Provisions carry any industry certifications?
- Classic Provisions follows the HACCP (Hazardous Analysis & Critical Control Points) program. The action plan assures that your food product is handled safely from receipt of shipment, until it arrives to the customer.
