Alexian Pate and Specialty Meats

Alexian Pate and Specialty MeatsAlexian began in the Black Forest of Germany, in the 16th century. This is where the earliest member of the Groezinger family was first known to be associated with the creation of outstanding meat products. The Groezinger of this generation was Ewald, Alexian’s founder, who sought to introduce his culinary heritage in America. Opening his own processing plant, he quickly became well-known within the industry. Ewald introduced unique specialties that are now nationally distributed under his own brand: Alexian.

THE ALEXIAN TRADITION CONTINUES ANEW

The company is run today by Laurie Groezinger Cummins and is recognized as “A Certified Woman Owned Business Enterprise”. The family tradition of excellence continues to this day in every aspect of Alexian’s operation.

MISSION & PHILOSOPHY

Alexian. Fresh, Natural, Sinful.

The motto for the brand exemplifies their philosophy and its benefits to the consumers: Alexian is good for you and your taste.

Alexian has made the commitment to preparing its pâtés, mousses and terrines in a completely natural manner: Alexian used only the freshest, safest, most wholesome ingredients: real eggs, fresh vegetables, fresh dairy and very lean meat.

PRODUCT BENEFITS

All natural: no preservatives, fillers, artificial colors or artificial flavors. In keeping with their business philosophy, Alexian has expanded its policy to making sure that all game, meat and poultry ingredients used pâtés are certified to be free of growth hormones and free of antibiotics. This includes the dairy as well. Furthermore, Alexian requires certification from the vendors they utilize for such production purposes.
