The Castleveltrano Olive has a distinctive bright green color, buttery flavor, meatiness and fresh crispness. They will appeal to a wide range of tastes, from the less adventurous (non olive eaters & kid tested and approved) to the refined palate.
The olives are harvested young, hand picked and hand-selected according to rigorous quality standards, carefully cured, then brined to bring forward their exceptional flavor which is surprisingly low in saltiness.
Olives are packed in brine, in 9 LB dry weight cans.
