Mali was born and raised in Laos and although she moved to the US as a child, she still has fond memories of her mother’s home cooking and family gatherings. In Laos culture, sharing food is sharing love. Mali was seized by a desire to share her home country and culture with others and so she created A Taste of Laos Turkey Sausages because, as she puts it, “what better gateway into a new culture is there than a great meal?”
A Taste of Laos Turkey Sausages have no artificial ingredients and are made from locally sourced Ferndale Farm turkeys that are raised without the use of antibiotics. The sausages are bursting with the fragrant herbs of fresh lemongrass, fresh kaffir lime leaf, and sweet basil. You can taste the garden in every bite!
